Mobile Telecommunications Technology definition

Mobile Telecommunications Technology means mobile telecommunications technology which is or may be used with radio frequency spectrum in any band to enable or facilitate transmission of textual material, data, voice, video, audio-visual or multimedia content or services to mobile devices and which include General Packet Radio Services (GPRS), the Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM) (also including GPRS, EDGE and HSCSD), and the Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS), Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA (including W-CDMA)), High Speed Package Access (HSPA), Long Term Evolution (LTE) (also Including E-UTRA), mobile WiMAX (802.16e), and other mobile WiMAX standards hereafter developed) and their related or derivative systems and services or any combination of them but excluding any Mobile Broadcast Technology and fixed wireless systems (including Wi-Fi (802.11), fixed WiMAX / HiperMAN / WiBro (802.16a-d), Bluetooth, MMDS, LMDS, IrDA and iBurst / HC-SDMA);
Mobile Telecommunications Technology means each of the following technologies with radio frequency spectrum in any band which may be used to enable or facilitate transmission of audio-visual content to Mobile Devices, namely the Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM) (also including but not limited to GPRS, EDGE and HSCSD); Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA); Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS); Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (W-CDMA); Long Term Evolution (LTE) (also including E- UTRA), mobile WiMAX (802.16e, and other mobile WiMAX standards hereafter developed) and their derivative systems and services or any combination of them; "Mobilní Telekomunikační Technologie": všechny následující technologie s radiofrekvenčním spektrem v kterémkoli pásmu, které může být používáno pro umožnění nebo zprostředkování přenosu audiovizuálního obsahu do Mobilních zařízení, jmenovitě Globální Systém pro Mobilní Komunikace (GSM) (mimo jiné i GPRS, EDGE a HSCSD); Kódově Dělený Mnohonásobný Přístup (CDMA); Univerzální Mobilní Telekomunikační Systém (UMTS); Širokopásmový Mnohonásobný Přístup s Kódovým Dělením (W-CDMA); Long Term Evolution (LTE) (také včetně E-UTRA), mobilní WiMAX (802,16e a jiné mobilní WiMAX standardy, které budou vyvinuty) a systémy a služby od nich odvozené nebo jejich kombinace;
