• The survey must be prepared in accordance with the Minimum Technical Standards set forth by the Florida Board of Land Surveyors pursuant to the provisions of Section 472.027 of the Florida Statutes and must be certified in favor of Lender and Title Insurer.

• The right of way map will be prepared in accordance with the Florida Minimum Technical Standards set forth by the Florida Board of Professional Land Surveyors in Chapter 5J-17, Florida Administrative Code, pursuant to Section 472.027, Florida Statutes.

• Right-of-way maps shall be prepared in accordance with the requirements of the COUNTY'SCounty’s and State of Florida's Minimum Technical Standards.

• On or prior to the Title Delivery Date, Seller shall pay for and deliver to the Purchaser an up-to-date survey of the Land ("Survey") prepared and signed under seal by a surveyor licensed by the State of Florida in accordance with the Minimum Technical Standards set forth in rules adopted by the Florida Board of Land Surveyors pursuant to Florida Statutes 472.027 dated not more than thirty (30) days prior to the Title Delivery Date.

HMS Direct reserves the right to modify the Minimum Technical Standards from time to time in response to Application Services upgrades and changes in hardware, software, and/or telecommunications practices and standards.
