Minimum Monthly Spend definition

Minimum Monthly Spend means the Minimum Monthly Spend as specified in your Application and as varied from time to time in accordance with this SFOA.

Examples of Minimum Monthly Spend in a sentence

  • If a Minimum Monthly Spend applies to a Service (as specified in your Order Form) and your usage and Service charges for any month are less than the applicable Minimum Monthly Spend, we will invoice you for, and you must pay in accordance with clause 4.1, the Minimum Monthly Spend in respect of that month.

  • The first and last month’s Minimum Monthly Spend will be pro-rated based on the number of days of service supply in the relevant month.

  • The Minimum Monthly Spend is payable for each full monthly billing cycle in advance and is non-refundable.

  • If You Port Your MSN from Us to another Mobile Service Provider and Your agreement with Us has not expired, You will be liable for any termination fees, including the remaining Minimum Monthly Spend amounts for the remainder of the Agreement period.

  • You acknowledge that the Minimum Monthly Spend is reasonable and proportionate to our operating costs and investment in providing the Services.

  • Your Minimum Term Contract or plan will be calculated by us based on your Minimum Monthly Spend commitment.

  • Changes to your plan involving a downgrade on the Data & Internet Service or value of the Minimum Monthly Spend, may require you to commit to a new Minimum Term on all or part of your Service, from the date of change, equivalent to your current Minimum Term and a fee may apply.

  • We may allow you to change your original Minimum Monthly Spend or move to another plan during your Minimum Term if it is specified in your Application or if agreed by us in writing.

Related to Minimum Monthly Spend

  • Monthly Fee means the total consideration, including but not limited to, equipment or locker rental,

  • Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Monthly salary means the portion of a member’s annual compensation which is paid to him or her per month.

  • Monthly shall be construed accordingly;

  • Payment month means, for all programs except EA, the calendar month for which benefits are issued.

  • Annual Period means each twelve (12) month period commencing on the Effective Date and, thereafter, on each anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Contract Month means a calendar month (or portion thereof) during the term of this Agreement. Contract Month 1 shall commence on the first day of the first calendar month following the Effective Date and end on the last day of that calendar month.

  • Average Monthly Limit means the maximum allowable "Average Monthly Concentration" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA when expressed as a concentration (e.g. mg/l); otherwise, it means "Average Monthly Discharge Limitation" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA.

  • Contract Quarter means a three-month period that commences on January 1, April 1, July 1, or October 1 and ends on March 31, June 30, September 30, or December 31, respectively.

  • Excess Cash Flow Payment Period with respect to the prepayment required on each Excess Cash Flow Application Date, the immediately preceding fiscal year of the Borrower.

  • Minimum Payments $50 (with respect to all funds in the aggregate.)
