Minimum Emission Standards definition

Minimum Emission Standards means the limits set by the Borrower on the emissions of pollutants from a wide-ranging list of activities which may have, a significant detrimental effect on the environment, including health, social conditions, economic conditions, ecological conditions or cultural heritage.

Related to Minimum Emission Standards

  • Emission standard means specified limitations on the discharge of air contaminants into the atmosphere.

  • PCI Standards means the applicable Data Security Standards published by the PCI Security Standards Council.

  • Generally applicable environmental radiation standards means standards issued by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) under the authority of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, that impose limits on radiation exposures or levels, or concentrations or quantities of radioactive material, in the general environment outside the boundaries of locations under the control of persons possessing or using radioactive material.

  • Network Connection Standards means the Distributor’s written technical and safety standards for connection of an Electrical Installation to the Network that are issued by the Distributor and updated from time to time, and include:

  • Service Level Standards has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1 hereof.
