Millennium Indemnity definition

Millennium Indemnity means that indemnity provided to the Partnership by [insert name of Millennium indemnitor] pursuant to the Indemnity dated as of [insert date];

Examples of Millennium Indemnity in a sentence

  • The Millennium Indemnity shall be with respect to any indebtedness of the Partnership that Millennium America (or such Affiliate) may elect.

  • The Partnership and the Partners will cooperate with Millennium America (or such Affiliate) in establishing the Millennium Indemnity, including executing any documents necessary to establish the Millennium Indemnity.
