Milestone Value definition

Milestone Value means in respect of any Milestone that part of the Contract Price payable in respect of completion of that Milestone.

Examples of Milestone Value in a sentence

  • In case of delay in completion of milestone as specified in TOR, liquidated damages not exceeding an amount equal to 0.1% (zero point one per cent) of the Milestone Value per day, subject to a maximum of 10% (ten per cent) of the Agreement Value shall be imposed and shall be recovered by appropriation from the Performance Security or otherwise.

Related to Milestone Value

  • Milestone 1 means achievement of annual Net Sales of at least $20,000,000 during the Calendar Year ending on December 31, 2021.

  • Milestone Date means the date set against the relevant Milestone in the Implementation Plan;

  • Milestone 2 means achievement of annual Net Sales of at least $35,000,000 during any Calendar Year ending on or before December 31, 2024.

  • Milestone Event has the meaning set forth in Section 8.4.
