Milestone Compound definition

Milestone Compound shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.

More Definitions of Milestone Compound

Milestone Compound means the first of the Compounds in respect of which the US FDA accept an IND filing. The Steering Committee may substitute another Compound as the Milestone Compound. Any required amendments to the Development Plan to accommodate such substitute Milestone Compound must be approved in writing in advance by the Steering Committee.
