Microsoft Standards definition

Microsoft Standards means Microsoft’s restricted substances specifications (including without limitation any lead-free product requirements), Vendor Code of Conduct and Microsoft’s social and environmental compliance specification as released to Company prior to execution and delivery of this Agreement and as updated by Microsoft from time to time.
Microsoft Standards means any Goods that meet a monthly quantity of ([REDACTED]) each on ([REDACTED]) or more orders ([REDACTED]/ rule) and those Goods which are listed on the then current MS Market Standards List. Microsoft and MZI will mutually agree upon the date that a Microsoft Standard becomes effective.

Examples of Microsoft Standards in a sentence

  • On an annual basis, a Company officer will certify compliance with the Microsoft Standards in writing in a form substantially similar to that attached in Exhibit G as updated from time to time by notice from Microsoft.

  • Microsoft will not refund any advance license fees paid for a Proposed Product that does not pass certification testing or meet the Quality Standards or Microsoft Standards.

  • In the event Microsoft rejects the Proposed Product for failure to comply with the Quality Standards or Microsoft Standards, Company will correct and then resubmit the Proposed Product to Microsoft, or withdraw the Proposed Product from any further certification testing.

  • You acknowledge that a failure to comply with the Microsoft Standards of Business Conduct is a breach of this Agreement and may result in a termination of it.

  • In addition to meeting the Certification Specifications and passing the Xbox 360 certification testing, all Proposed Products will be of a quality at least commensurate with the quality of products distributed by Company before the Effective Date and will meet or exceed the Quality Standards and Microsoft Standards.

  • Company will institute manufacturing processes and tests so as to ensure that all units of the Licensed Products manufactured by or for Company meet the Quality Standards and Microsoft Standards, comply with all applicable regulations, standards and other laws and are in compliance with the version of the Proposed Product approved by Microsoft under Section 6 of this Agreement.

  • You will comply with the terms of the Microsoft Standards of Business Conduct located at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/en- us/legal/Compliance/Default.aspx, the terms of which are incorporated herein by reference.

  • For all Microsoft Standards, MZI shall include a designation on its purchase orders for Goods it purchases and sells to Microsoft so that field repair personnel may readily determine the warranty is in place and enforceable by Microsoft.

  • Pricing and product updates shall mean those Multiple Zones prices and Goods that are represented for Microsoft Standards, which are placed on Microsoft's on-line ordering tool, as well as those Goods that are Microsoft Standards due to the [REDACTED] rule.

  • Company will institute manufacturing processes and tests so as to ensure that all units of the Licensed Product(s) manufactured by or for Company meet the Quality Standards and Microsoft Standards, comply with all applicable regulations, standards and other laws and are in compliance with the version of the Proposed Product approved by Microsoft under Section 6.2 of this Agreement.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • Quality Standards means the quality standards published by BSI British Standards, the National Standards Body of the United Kingdom, the International Organisation for Standardisation or other reputable or equivalent body, (and their successor bodies) that a skilled and experienced operator in the same type of industry or business sector as the Contractor would reasonably and ordinarily be expected to comply with, and as may be further detailed in the Specification.

  • PCI Standards means the applicable Data Security Standards published by the PCI Security Standards Council.

  • Privacy Standards means the standards of the privacy of individually identifiable health information, as pursuant to HIPAA.

  • Safety Standards means all laws, union rules and trade or industry custom or codes of any kind whatsoever, in effect from the date of this Agreement through Final Acceptance of the construction work, pertaining to worker safety and accident prevention applicable to the Project and/or the construction work (including, but not limited to, rules, regulations and standards adopted pursuant to the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, as amended from time to time).
