MFN Rate definition

MFN Rate means the [***] rate charged by Replay for any of the RNS offerings, including, but not limited to, Replay Zones and pre-configured Replay Channels.
MFN Rate shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.13(c).
MFN Rate has the meaning given to it in sub-paragraph (a)(ii) of Clause 2.3 (Additional Facilities).

  • Hurdle Rate means the minimum annual rate of return over the Net Asset Value at launch, or the beginning of the relevant Performance Period, as applicable, that must be achieved before an Equalisation Performance Fee is applied (details of which are set out in the section headed “Unit Class Information” in the Supplement for the relevant Fund where applicable). This rate is accrued at each Valuation Point.

  • Calculation Rate For each Distribution Date, in the case of the Class A and Class B Interests, the product of (i) 10 and (ii) the weighted average rate of the outstanding Class A and Class B Interests, treating each Class A Interest as capped at zero or reduced by a fixed percentage of 100% of the interest accruing on such Class.

  • Adjusted CD Rate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.07(b).

  • Adjusted LIBOR Rate means, at any time with respect to any LIBOR Loan, a rate per annum equal to the LIBOR Rate as in effect at such time plus the Applicable Margin Percentage for LIBOR Loans as in effect at such time.
