MetroPCS means MetroPCS, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

MetroPCS means MetroPCS Communications, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal executive offices located at ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇, together with its subsidiaries, Affiliates, successors and assigns. For purposes of clarity, if there is a Change of Control Event between MetroPCS and Purchaser or any of their respective Affiliates, the successor Person(s) shall be deemed to be “Purchaser” but not “MetroPCS”.
MetroPCS means MetroPCS Wireless, Inc. and any permitted successors and permitted assigns.
MetroPCS shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
MetroPCS means MetroPCS California, LLC, its affiliates, predecessors-in-interest and successors-in-interest.

  • Comcast means Comcast Corporation, a Pennsylvania corporation.

  • Sprint means a set period of time during which specific work is realized and made ready for review.

  • Network Resource means any designated generating resource owned, purchased, or leased by a Network Customer under the Network Integration Transmission Service Tariff. Network Resources do not include any resource, or any portion thereof, that is committed for sale to third parties or otherwise cannot be called upon to meet the Network Customer’s Network Load on a non-interruptible basis, except for purposes of fulfilling obligations under a reserve sharing program.

  • Dell means Dell Inc., a Delaware corporation.

  • Telehealth means the use of telecommunications technology by a Medicaid-enrolled provider to deliver functionally equivalent health care services including: assessment, diagnosis, consultation, treatment, and transfer of medically relevant data. Telehealth may include real-time interactive audio-only communication. Telehealth does not include communication between a provider and a member that consists solely of an email, text, or fax transmission.
