Merchant Interest Program definition
Merchant Interest Program means a program in which certain approved Merchants may have the opportunity to receive interest earnings on their funds that are held by Sezzle.
Child support services means any civil, criminal or administrative action taken by the Division of
Banking Services Provider means any Lender (other than a Defaulting Lender) or Affiliate of a Lender (other than a Defaulting Lender) that provides Banking Services to any Credit Party.
Collection Services means all of the duties and obligations of the Contractor hereunder.
Development Services “Target Market”; “Investment Areas”; and “Targeted Populations” have the meanings ascribed to such terms in 12 C.F.R. 1805.104.
Money services means money transmission or currency exchange.
