  • MEPMA may terminate this Agreement by written notice of one month if in the opinion of it appears desirable; or by summary notice in the event of material breach by the Technical Expert of its obligations under this Agreement or if MEPMA so demands.

  • PMAX means the maximum generator real power output reported in MWs on a seasonal basis.
