Member Facilities definition

Member Facilities means the acute and non-acute health care providers and other Eligible Organizations that are Owned, Leased or Managed by, or Affiliated with, a Premier Member. Any Member Facility that ceases to be Owned, Leased or Managed by, or Affiliated with a Premier Member shall cease to be a “Member Facility” for purposes of this Agreement as of the effective date of the termination of such relationship (e.g., consummation of sale transaction, termination of sponsorship, etc.).
Member Facilities means the acute and non-acute health care providers and other Eligible Organizations that are Owned, Leased or Managed by, or Affiliated with, Member. A list of the Member Facilities is attached as Exhibit A and shall be updated by the Parties as required. Any Member Facility that ceases to be Owned, Leased or Managed by, or Affiliated with Member shall cease to be a “Member Facility” for purposes of this Agreement as of the effective date of the termination of such relationship (e.g., consummation of sale transaction, termination of sponsorship, etc.).
Member Facilities means curling clubs in British Columbia which have paid affiliation fees and provided a list of registered curlers to Curl BC on or before a playdown registration deadline. The singular “Member Facility” is similarly defined; “on or before” means prior to 11:59pm of the date mentioned.

Examples of Member Facilities in a sentence

  • The MMCAP Managing Director may, pursuant to contract terms and conditions, require the contracted vendors (not Member Facilities) to pay an administrative fee to MMCAP.

  • Distribute to Member Facilities any unused administrative fees collected from contracted vendors (Article 4 below); and annually disclose in writing to Member Facilities, and to the Secretary of the United States Department of Health and Human Services upon request, the amounts received by MMCAP from vendors that were directly attributable to the Member Facility’s purchases.

  • This clause extends to MMCAP Infuse Member Facilities as it relates to business conducted with and sales to that Member Facility.

  • More specifically, the owners are the Boards of Governors of the Member Facilities who govern on behalf of individual clubs and curlers.

  • NKA Member Facilities and/or their respective Race Directors reserve the right to refuse any entry.

  • A conflict is defined as a competing interest, influence or relationship which might impair or appear to impair a Governor’s ability to perform his other duties and responsibilities objectively for the best interests of Curl BC.4. Governors shall, at all times, act with decorum and shall be respectful of other Governors, staff, volunteers, stakeholders and the Boards and staff of Member Facilities.

  • It also creates opportunities for linkages with the Member Facilities and enhanced networks in the curling community.1. The Board Chair shall appoint Governors to represent Curl BC at championships, competitions and events in consultation with the Executive Committee.2. Attendance at Championships, Competitions and Events.

  • Issue of notice to Member Facilities of the non-compliance by the Governor and the subsequent Board decision.


More Definitions of Member Facilities

Member Facilities means the facilities at The Bend Motorsport Park made available for use by Members from time to time and including the Member’s Lounge, memberships change rooms, showers & gymnasium and the Business Centre;
Member Facilities whether used in the singular or plural, means those hospitals and other health care 2 facilities and/or providers (other than Quorum Physicians) that are owned, managed, operated, leased or otherwise affiliated with Quorum, now and in the future, which have been approved by the Partnership and Premier and granted access to Partnership's Group Purchasing Program. Facilities "managed" by Quorum shall include any facility having a contract calling for Quorum to manage or provide management service(s) or other purchasing services to such facility. The current list of Member Facilities as of the date of this First Amendment is contained in Exhibit A to this First Amendment. From time to time, Quorum may request in writing that Premier and the Partnership consider approving additional hospitals and other health care facilities and providers as Member Facilities and adding any approved new Member Facility to Exhibit A. Premier and the Partnership shall consider, pursuant to their respective policies and procedures, any such written request of Quorum, and shall decide, in their sole discretion, upon any such requests within a reasonable period of time, not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the receipt of Quorum's written request.

Related to Member Facilities

  • Other Facilities means athletic stadiums, swimming pools, any associated structures or related equipment tied to such facilities including, but not limited to, grandstands and night field lights, greenhouses, facilities used for non-instructional or non-educational purposes, and any structure, building, or facility used solely for school administration;

  • New Facilities means facilities for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Wastewater facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Project Facilities means the facilities, equipment and vehicles provided under the Project;

  • Public facilities means amenities that are—

  • Shared Facilities means the gentie lines, transformers, substations, or other equipment, permits, contract rights and obligations, and other assets and property (real or personal), in each case, as necessary to enable delivery of energy from Seller’s electric generating facility (which is excluded from this definition of Shared Facilities) to the Point of Interconnection that are used in common with other entities, as applicable.

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.

  • Related facilities means any ancillary facilities owned by the Company which are —

  • associated facilities means all associated track structures, over and under track structures, supports (including supports for equipment or items associated with the use of the Network), tunnels, bridges, train control systems, signalling systems, communication systems and associated plant, machinery and equipment from time to time but only to the extent that such assets are related to or connected with the Network but does not include any sidings or yards;

  • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;

  • Local Facilities means working capital facilities provided to a Grantor (other than Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) I S.A., Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) II S.A. Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) III S.à.x.x. and the Borrowers) by a Local Facility Provider and “Local Facility” means any of them.

  • Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities means all Interconnection Facilities that are not Customer Interconnection Facilities and that, after the transfer under Tariff, Attachment P, Appendix 2, section 5.5 to the Interconnected Transmission Owner of title to any Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities that the Interconnection Customer constructed, are owned, controlled, operated and maintained by the Interconnected Transmission Owner on the Interconnected Transmission Owner’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System or interconnected distribution facilities. Transmission Provider: The “Transmission Provider” shall be the Office of the Interconnection for all purposes, provided that the Transmission Owners will have the responsibility for the following specified activities:

  • Telecommunications facilities means apparatus necessary or useful in the production, distribution,

  • Facilities means any and all real property (including all buildings, fixtures or other improvements located thereon) now, hereafter or heretofore owned, leased, operated or used by Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective predecessors or Affiliates.

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.

  • Attachment Facilities means the facilities necessary to physically connect a Customer Facility to the Transmission System or interconnected distribution facilities.

  • Vending facility means automatic vending machines, cafeterias, snack bars, cart service, shelters, counters, and such other appropriate auxiliary equipment which may be operated by licensed managers and which is necessary for the sale of newspapers, periodicals, confections, tobacco products, foods, beverages, and other articles or services dispensed automatically or manually and prepared on or off the premises in accordance with all applicable health laws and including the vending or exchange of chances for any lottery authorized by State Law and conducted by an agency of a State within such State.   • Senior Facilities means the Credit Agreement and any Additional Senior Debt Facilities.

  • Recreational Facilities means spas, saunas, steam baths, swimming pools, exercise, entertainment, athletic, playground or other similar equipment and associated accessories.

  • Transmission Owner Attachment Facilities means that portion of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities comprised of all Attachment Facilities on the Interconnected Transmission Owner’s side of the Point of Interconnection. Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities:
