Meetings Order definition

Meetings Order means the Order of the Court dated February 15, 2019, as amended and restated, among other things, setting the time, date and location of the Meetings and establishing meeting procedures for the Meetings (as such order may be amended, supplemented or restated from time to time);

Meetings Order means the Order under the CCAA that, among other things, sets the date for the Meetings, as same may be amended, restated or varied from time to time.

Meetings Order means this Plan Filing and Meetings Order, including the Schedules hereto, as may be amended or varied from time to time by subsequent Court Order;

Examples of Meetings Order in a sentence

• Any other Person may be admitted to the Meetings only by invitation of the Participating CCAA Parties or the Monitor or as permitted under the Amended and Restated Meetings Order or any further Court Order.

• Except as otherwise provided in the Amended and Restated Meetings Order, and subject to the provisions of the Plan, Affected Unsecured Creditors shall be entitled to vote their Eligible Voting Claims at the applicable Meeting in respect of the Plan.

More Definitions of Meetings Order

Meetings Order means the Court Order to be made which, among other things, sets the time, date and location of the Meetings and establishes meeting procedures for the Meetings, as such Court Order may be amended or varied from time to time by subsequent Court Order;

Meetings Order means those provisions of the Transfusion Claims Order directing the calling and holding of the Meetings and the conduct of the Meetings, as amended or varied by the Court, and for the purposes of this Plan shall include the Orders of the Court dated July 28, 1999, February 25, 2000 and June 27, 2000;

Meetings Order means an Order of this Court pursuant to the CCAA that, among other things, sets the date for the Meetings, as same may be amended, restated or varied from time to time;

Meetings Order has the meaning given to it in the Plan.
