Mediated Agreement definition

Mediated Agreement means a written agreement between the parties that is reached through Mediation;
Mediated Agreement means any written agreement reflecting a consensus reached among the parties under these Rules as a result of a mediation session;

Examples of Mediated Agreement in a sentence

  • We understand that this may be produced in Court (unlike this Mediated Agreement) and we have had the necessity for full and complete disclosure explained to us and recorded to us in writing.

Related to Mediated Agreement

  • Mediation agreement means a written agreement between the parties to a mediation meeting.
