MDC Operator definition

MDC Operator means MDC Texas Operator LLC, including its present and former parents, members, partners, direct and indirect subsidiaries, affiliates, predecessors, successors, employees, officers, directors, agents, advisors, contractors, representatives, attorneys, and all other persons and entities acting or purporting to act on its behalf.

Related to MDC Operator

  • economic operator means any natural or legal person or public entity or group of such persons and/or entities which offers the execution of works and/or a work, the supply of products or the provision of services on the market;

  • train operator means any person who is authorised to act as the operator of a train by a licence under section 8 of the Railways Act 1993.

  • tour operator means, with the exception of an air carrier, an organiser within the meaning of Article 2, point 2, of Council Directive 90/314/EEC of 13 June 1990 on package travel, package holidays and package tours (2);

  • Amateur radio operator means a person licensed by the Federal Communications Commission to engage in private and experimental two-way radio operation on the amateur band radio frequencies.

  • Non-Operator means a Party other than the Operator;
