MCI Contract definition

MCI Contract means the Custom Network Services Agreement effective as of October 1, 1989, as amended, between Seller and MCI Telecommunications Corporation.
MCI Contract means the agreement dated as of July 1, 1998 by and between MCI Telecommunication Corporation and Interactive.
