MCD Service definition

MCD Service or “Service”) offered by the Credit Union of Vermont (“Credit Union”, “CUVermont”, “we”, “us”, “our”) to members (“you”, “your”, or “user”). Other agreements you have entered into with CUVermont, including but not limited to the Membership and Account Agreement and Disclosure, Online Banking Agreement and Disclosures governing your CUVermont account(s) are incorporated by reference and made a part of this Agreement. In the event of a discrepancy between this agreement and any other agreements, the terms of this agreement shall prevail. This Agreement cancels, supersedes, and replaces any prior Mobile Check Deposit agreements that you may have entered into with CUVermont.

Examples of MCD Service in a sentence

  • When using the MCD Service to deposit funds, such deposits are limited to the American Bank defined deposit segments and associated limits.

  • American Bank reserves the right to reject any item transmitted through the MCD Service, at its discretion.

  • You agree that you will not use the MCD Service to scan and deposit any ineligible or duplicate items.

  • You acknowledge and agree that, while we normally provide notice of rejected deposits, we may reject any Check transmitted through the MCD Service in our sole discretion without notice to you, and we will not be liable for any such rejection or failure to notify you of such rejection.

  • Your acceptance of the revised Agreement along with the continued use of the MCD Service will indicate your consent to be bound by the revised Agreement.

  • Funds deposited using the MCD Service will generally be made available no later than the first business day after the day of deposit.

  • Your continued use of the MCD Service will indicate your acceptance of any such changes to the MCD Service.

  • This includes, but is not limited to, inquiries, deposit transactions, Checks deposited, Check images, changes to accounts or services or any other communication you provide to us through the MCD Service using your Authentication Method.

  • The MCD Service has certain qualification requirements and we reserve the right to change the qualifications at any time without prior notice.

  • By using the MCD Service you accept the risk that an Item may be intercepted or misdirected during transmission.

Related to MCD Service

  • Cloud Service means any distinct, subscription-based, hosted, supported and operated on-demand solution provided by SAP under an Order Form.

  • CMU Service means the Central Moneymarkets Unit Service, operated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority;

  • E911 Service means the functionality to route wireless 911 calls and the associated caller and/or location data of the wireless end user to the appropriate Public Safety Answering Point.
