Maximum Rate Assumption. The assumption that the Rate of Interest for the Class ___Regular Certificates is ___% per annum.

  • Maximum Rate Cap Any of the Class A-1 Maximum Rate Cap, the Class A-2 Maximum Rate Cap or the Weighted Average Maximum Rate Cap.

  • Maximum Rate shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.09.

  • Affiliated Lender Assignment and Assumption means an assignment and assumption entered into by a Lender and an Affiliated Lender (with the consent of any party whose consent is required by Section 9.05) and accepted by the Administrative Agent in the form of Exhibit A-2 or any other form approved by the Administrative Agent and the Borrower.

  • Prepayment Assumption As defined in the Prospectus Supplement.

  • Alternative Currency Term Rate means, for any Interest Period, with respect to any Credit Extension:

  • Term Rate means the per annum interest rate with respect to Bonds in the Term Rate Mode determined pursuant to Section 2.09.

  • Incremental Assumption Agreement means an Incremental Assumption Agreement in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, among the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and, if applicable, one or more Incremental Term Lenders and/or Incremental Revolving Facility Lenders.

  • Designated Borrower Request and Assumption Agreement has the meaning specified in Section 2.14.

  • Assignment and Assumption of Lease has the meaning set forth in Section 3.02(a)(v).

  • Incremental Term Loan Assumption Agreement means an Incremental Term Loan Assumption Agreement in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, among the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and one or more Incremental Term Lenders.

  • Absolute Rate Auction means a solicitation of Competitive Bid Quotes setting forth Competitive Bid Absolute Rates pursuant to Section 2.03.

  • Revolving Committed Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).

  • Maximum Lawful Rate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.7.

  • Aggregate Revolving Committed Amount has the meaning provided in Section 2.01(a).
