Maximum Incremental Purchase definition

Maximum Incremental Purchase means, on any date, the additional incremental increase in the Aggregate Investment that would cause the Aggregate Investment plus the Total Reserves to equal the Net Receivables Pool Balance.
Maximum Incremental Purchase means, on any date, the additional incremental increase in the Aggregate Capital that would cause the Aggregate Capital plus the Total Reserves to equal the Net Receivables Pool Balance. “Minimum Dilution Reserve” means, on any day, the product of (a) the sum of (i) the Aggregate Capital plus (ii) the Adjusted LC Participation Amount, and (b) the Minimum Dilution Reserve Percentage on such date. “Minimum Dilution Reserve Percentage” means, at any time, the product (expressed as a percentage) of (a) the 12-month rolling average of the Dilution Ratio at such time multiplied by (b) the Dilution Horizon Ratio as of such date.

  • Incremental Purchase means a purchase of one or more Purchaser Interests which increases the total outstanding Aggregate Capital hereunder.

  • Fixed Incremental Amount means (i) the greater of $920,000,000 and 100% of Consolidated EBITDA as of the last day of the most recently ended Test Period minus (ii) the aggregate outstanding principal amount of all Incremental Facilities, Incremental Equivalent Debt and/or Indebtedness incurred pursuant to Section 7.03(r)(ii)(A), in each case incurred or issued in reliance on this definition.

  • Incremental Increase has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(a).
