Maximum Annual Coverage. Up to $200 more than the Standard Terms & Conditions coverage for a “like for like” Equipment replacement.
Maximum Annual Debt Service means the largest Annual Debt Service for any Bond Year after the calculation is made through the final maturity date of any Outstanding Bonds.
Maximum Loan Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).
