Material Options definition
Material Options means the options to acquire Ordinary Shares held by the Material Optionholders, which entitlements are identified in Part 3 of Schedule 1.

Option Plans has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2.5(b).
3(i) Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is Non- Employee.
Parent Options means options or other rights to purchase shares of Parent Common Stock issued by Parent.
Vested Options means the Options that have vested in accordance with Section 1.3 of this Agreement.
Incentive Share Option means an Option that is intended to meet the requirements of Section 422 of the Code or any successor provision thereto.
