Mandated Activities definition

Mandated Activities means, with respect to any Project, the activities described in Schedule A, as amended from time to time, which are required to be carried out by the Interim Corporation or the Eligible Recipient, as the case may be, in the current Fiscal Year or any other Fiscal Year approved in writing by the designated representatives of the three levels of government.

Examples of Mandated Activities in a sentence

  • Legally Mandated Activities that require in-person contact with students (i.e. Special Education assessments).

  • Additionally, the Closure Plan encompasses activities beyond the Mandated Activities which have been agreed upon by Seller and Buyer (the "Additional Activities").

  • The items attached to this Agreement as Exhibit D, Exhibit E and Exhibit F are collectively referred to herein as the "Closure Plan." The Closure Plan encompasses activities required by certain Environmental Laws applicable to the decommissioning of a semiconductor chip wafer fabrication facility (the "Mandated Activities"), which will be subject to approval by governmental agencies and authorities that are responsible for assuring compliance with such Environmental Laws (the "Responsible Agencies").

Related to Mandated Activities

  • Funded Activities means the activities set out in the Grant Offer Letter and Annex 2 of these Conditions; General Data Protection Regulation and GDPR means the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679; Grant means the sum or sums that DWP will pay to the Grant Recipient in accordance with clause 4 and subject to the provisions set out at clause 22.

  • Restricted Activities means those activities described in Section 10 of this Agreement.

  • Permitted Activities The primary activities of the trust created pursuant to this Agreement which shall be:

  • Excluded Activities means any companies that are involved in the manufacture of tobacco products or inhumane weapons which includes cluster munitions, anti-personnel landmines, biochemical and nuclear weapon systems. Exclusion lists received from specialist third party companies together with data analysed by the Money Manager will be used to determine companies that manufacture tobacco and inhumane weapons. The Money Manager utilises third party data providers such as Sustainalytics, ISS and MSCI along with its own data.

  • Prohibited Activities has the meaning set forth in Section 13.1.
