Majority support definition

Majority support means that the Union has demonstrated to the Neutral through the authorization cards that it represents a majority of the bargaining unit employees at the Facility who are on the payroll as of the date the Union requested card check recognition by submitting the cards to the Neutral.
Majority support means more than 50% of the eligible voters.
