Majority Bondholder definition

Majority Bondholder means the Owners owning a majority of the aggregate principal amount of Bonds from time to time Outstanding. As of the Closing Date, Xxxxx Fargo Municipal Capital Strategies, LLC shall be the Majority Bondholder.
Majority Bondholder means any Bondholder owning 50% or more of the aggregate outstanding principal of the Bonds.
