  • Extended school year services means special education and related services that are provided to a child with a disability and meet the standards of the State of Wisconsin. However, a transition period between the last day of the Company’s previous fiscal year end and the first day of its new fiscal year that comprises a period of nine to 12 months shall be deemed a completed fiscal year.

  • Base Monthly Rent means the fixed monthly rent payable by Tenant pursuant to Section 3.1 which is specified in Section K of the Summary.

  • Unapplied Provider Advance means any Provider Advance other than an Applied Provider Advance.

  • Applicable Anniversary of the Commencement Date means the fifth (5th) anniversary of the Commencement Date.
