DB Contractor shall submit the documentation required under TxDOT’s DBE program within 90 days following issuance of any Maintenance NTP.
TxDOT’s election not to issue any Maintenance NTP shall not be treated as a Termination for Convenience.
TxDOT shall have no additional liability to any DB Contractor-Related Entity in the event that TxDOT elects, in its discretion, not to issue any Maintenance NTP under this CMC.
