Maintenance NTP definition

Maintenance NTP means a fourth notice to proceed with maintenance of the Project
Maintenance NTP means Maintenance NTP2 or Maintenance NTP3, as applicable.

Examples of Maintenance NTP in a sentence

  • DB Contractor shall submit the documentation required under TxDOT’s DBE program within 90 days following issuance of any Maintenance NTP.

  • TxDOT’s election not to issue any Maintenance NTP shall not be treated as a Termination for Convenience.

  • TxDOT shall have no additional liability to any DB Contractor-Related Entity in the event that TxDOT elects, in its discretion, not to issue any Maintenance NTP under this CMC.

  • TxDOT shall have no liability to DB Contractor in the event that TxDOT elects, in its discretion, not to issue any Maintenance NTP under this CMA at any time it is permitted to do so under this CMA.

  • If TxDOT elects to exercise its option rights for an additional Maintenance Term, TxDOT shall issue the applicable Maintenance NTP on or before 270 days prior to the scheduled expiration of the prior Maintenance Term.

  • TxDOT shall have no liability to DB Contractor in the event that TXDOT elects, in its sole and absolute discretion, not to issue any Maintenance NTP under this Comprehensive Maintenance Agreement.

  • If TxDOT elects to exercise its option rights for an additional Maintenance Term, TxDOT shall issue the applicable Maintenance NTP on or before 180 days prior to the scheduled expiration of the prior Maintenance Term.

  • Maintenance Contractor shall submit the documentation required under TxDOT’s DBE program within 90 days following issuance of the Maintenance NTP.

  • Medical records shall not be furnished other than as provided by the Employee Right to Know Act (P.A. 397 of 1978).

  • In the event TxDOT issues Maintenance NTP in accordance with Section 2.1, the Maintenance Term shall commence on the date of Substantial Completion of the Project in accordance with the DB Agreement (the “Maintenance Term Commencement Date”), and shall continue for a period of twenty-five years, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Comprehensive Maintenance Agreement.

Related to Maintenance NTP

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Maintenance work means the repair of existing facilities when the size, type or extent of such facilities is not thereby changed or increased. While “maintenance” includes painting and decorating and is covered under the law, it does not include work such as routine landscape maintenance or janitorial services.

  • Maintenance Term means the period of time for which Customer has purchased Maintenance Services, as evidenced by the Purchase Order delivered by Customer in connection therewith, together with all renewals effected in accordance with Section 4 of this Agreement.

  • Routine maintenance means actions performed on a regular or controllable basis or in response to uncontrollable events upon a highway, road, street, or bridge. Routine maintenance includes, but is not limited to, 1 or more of the following:

  • Maintenance area means any geographic region of the United States previously designated nonattainment pursuant to the CAA Amendments of 1990 and subsequently redesignated to attainment subject to the requirement to develop a maintenance plan under §175A of the CAA, as amended.
