Lump Sum Allowance $10,000, subject to applicable deductions and withholdings, payable in a lump sum on the Company’s first regularly scheduled payroll date following the later of (i) the Effective Date and (ii) the Executive’s execution of the Relocation and Transition Benefits Repayment Agreement, to help cover expenses not otherwise expressly mentioned.
