As of the recording of this Agreement, the annual Lot Maintenance Fee shall be $350.00 (Three Hundred and Fifty Dollars) per Lot per year, with such amount annually reviewed and reasonably determined by the Association’s Board of Directors, based upon actual expenses for the obligations contained in this Agreement and a reasonable amount for a reserve account or administrative expenses related to the obligations of this Agreement, as appropriate.
