Long-Term Incentive Award means an Award described in Section 6(g) hereof that is based upon a period in excess of one year.
Non-U.S. Benefit Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.19(a).
Long-Term Disability means the Grantee is receiving long-term disability benefits under the Employer’s long-term disability plan.
Benefit Continuation Period means the period beginning on the Date of Termination and ending on the last day of the month in which occurs the earlier of (i) the 24-month anniversary of the Date of Termination and (ii) the date on which you elect coverage for you and your covered dependents under substantially comparable benefit plans of a subsequent employer.
Long-Term Incentive Plan or “LTIP” means a plan providing compensation intended to motivate performance over a period greater than one financial year. LTIPs do not include option or SAR plans or plans for compensation through shares or units that are subject to restrictions on resale;
