Each PTO shall engage in planning for its Local Area Facilities in a manner that is consistent with applicable NERC/NPCC Requirements, Good Utility Practice and the ISO OATT.
For absence of doubt, the PTOs clarify that Non-PTF is meant to include Category B and Local Area Facilities as defined by the TOA.
