LLAD means the Landscape and Lighting Assessment District described in Section 3.2.9.

  • The $8,500 in increased reimbursement resulting from Amendment No. 3 to the DMA is anticipated to offset existing expenses in the General Fund and the Landscape and Lighting Assessment District (LLAD) Fund related to contract services for several litter and trash activities and a limited amount of City Maintenance staff time.
