Vlastnictvím zadavatele se rozumí každý Zkoušený zdravotnický prostředek, jakékoliv materiály, jakékoliv příslušenství, vynálezy, veškeré Důvěrné informace nebo vlastnické informace poskytnuté Instituci Zadavatelem a zahrnuje další duševní vlastnictví nebo vynálezy, které Instituce vytvořila během klinických zkoušek, jak je popsáno v odstavci 11.2.
