  • Following receipt by the Borrower of written notice from a Person acting as the lienholder agent under the Lienholder Nominee Agreement (the “Lienholder Agent”) of such Person’s resignation as the Lienholder Agent under the Lienholder Nominee Agreement, the Borrower shall promptly thereafter provide a copy of such notice to the Administrative Agent and each Lender.
