LICENSED COURSE definition

LICENSED COURSE means an educational reproductive science and health course based upon “Pathways to Pregnancy and Parturition, 3rd Ed.” by XX Xxxxxx, PhD, including appropriate updates.
LICENSED COURSE means any course for which the Client develops content pursuant to this Agreement.
LICENSED COURSE means a CMMI Institute Specialization course for which Licensed Partners are licensed under an agreement that is delivered by a CMMI Institute-Credentialed Individual.

  • LICENSEE shall not use the names or trademarks of AUBURN, nor any adaptation thereof, nor the names of any AUBURN employees, in any advertising, promotional or sales literature without prior written consent obtained from AUBURN, or said employee, in each case, except that LICENSEE may state that it has non-exclusively licensed the LICENSED COURSE from AUBURN.

  • Approved course means a course that has been approved by the department for the training of lead professionals.

  • third party proceeding means any threatened, pending or completed action, suit or proceeding, whether civil, criminal, administrative, or investigative, other than an action by or in the right of the corporation.

  • Third Party IPR means any Intellectual Property Rights not belonging to either party to this Agreement but used by the Supplier in the creation of the Deliverables and/or in the course of or in connection with the Project.

  • Licensed IP Rights means, collectively, the Licensed Patent Rights and the Licensed Know-How Rights.

  • Licensed IP means the Licensed Patents and the Licensed Know-How.

  • Third Party IP means the Intellectual Property Rights of any third party that is not a party to this Contract, and that is not a Subcontractor.

  • Infringement Action has the meaning set forth in Section 9.6(b).

  • Licensed Intellectual Property means Intellectual Property licensed to the Company pursuant to the Company IP Agreements.

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Product Intellectual Property means all of the following related to a Divestiture Product (other than Product Licensed Intellectual Property):

  • Company Licensed Intellectual Property means Intellectual Property Rights owned by any Person (other than a Group Company) that is licensed to any Group Company.

  • Licensed Intellectual Property Rights means any and all Intellectual Property Rights owned by a Third Party and licensed or sublicensed to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or for which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries has obtained a covenant not to be sued.

  • Licensed Processes means processes which, in the course of being practiced, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Licensed Territory means worldwide.

  • Third Party Intellectual Property Rights means any Intellectual Property owned by a third party.

  • Licensed Field means all fields of use.

  • Core Course means a course that a student admitted to a particular programme must successfully complete to receive the degree and which cannot be substituted by any other course

  • Third Party Intellectual Property means the Intellectual Property Rights of a third party which Supplier uses or incorporates into the Work.

  • Water Course means a natural channel or an artificial channel formed by training or diversion of a natural channel meant for carrying storm and waste water.

  • Licensed Subject Matter means Patent Rights and/or Technology Rights.

  • Product Infringement has the meaning set forth in Section 9.4(a).

  • Regulatory Proceeding means a request for information, civil investigative demand, or civil proceeding commenced by service of a complaint or similar proceeding brought by or on behalf of the Federal Trade Commission, Federal Communications Commission, or any federal, state, local or foreign governmental entity in such entity’s regulatory or official capacity in connection with such proceeding.

  • Exploitation means to make, have made, import, export, use, have used, sell, have sold, or offer for sale, including to Develop, Commercialize, register, modify, enhance, improve, Manufacture, have Manufactured, hold, or keep (whether for disposal or otherwise), or otherwise dispose of.

  • Third Party Products means the Third Party Software and Third Party Hardware.

  • Juvenile court means the district court of this state.

  • Joint Intellectual Property means individually and collectively all Intellectual Property which is conceived and/or made jointly by one or more employees of University and by one or more employees of Sponsor in performance of the Sponsored Project.
