Legacy Option definition

Legacy Option means an option to purchase a newly issued Multiple Voting Share that is granted pursuant to the terms of the Legacy Option Plan;
Legacy Option means an option and any applicable share appreciation right granted by the Corporation under the Legacy Option Plan which upon exercises entitle the holder thereof to acquire a designated number of Shares from treasury, subject to the terms and conditions of the Legacy Option Plan and option grant agreement, provided that such Legacy Option has not expired prior to being exercised;
