Since 2007 the Lead Parties have provided the leadership, secretariat services and technical maintenance of OneGeology and its services.
Income from membership fees and other sources will be used to supplement the administrative services and technical coordination functions (roles summarised in Annex 2) supported at a core level by the Lead Parties.
The Lead Parties shall have no liability to the other Members under this Agreement if they are prevented from or delayed in performing their obligations under this Agreement, or from carrying on its business, by acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond their reasonable control.
