Each party’s Lead Coordinator may, by written notice to his or her counterpart hereunder, appoint one or more subordinate representatives for the responsibility of individual Services and delegate such Lead Coordinator’s authority under this Agreement to such delegated individual(s).
No such Lead Coordinator or delegate shall have the authority to amend this Agreement or any exhibit attached hereto in any respect.
