Lay-off Procedure. A Receiver is surplus at Distribution Centre "A". A General Warehouseman is required at Distribution Centre "B". To reclassify employees, possibly across the Unit, commencing with the surplus Receiver and culminating with the filling of the General Warehouseman vacancy.
