latent injury definition

latent injury means a disease or injury of such a nature that, at the time it is suffered by a person, that person does not know and could not reasonably be expected to know that he has suffered the disease or injury;
latent injury means an injury that existed but was hidden or concealed and did not develop or manifest at the time of the mechanical force or trauma that directly caused the injury. A Latent Injury does not include a Pre-existing Injury

  • All reimbursement amounts shall be paid in accordance with the procedure set forth in Section 6.4. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, this Section 6.4 shall not apply to claims arising out of Latent Injury Liabilities, which shall be governed by the Separation Agreement.
