Large Industrial definition

Large Industrial. A consumer’s account that meets either of the following: (i) an ICAP Tag Value assigned by the Local Distributor of 200kW or higher, or (ii) projected usage of more than 1,000,000kWh/year.
Large Industrial means an industrial use whereby the wastewater volume per employee exceeds 0.500 cu.m.

  • If New Consumers elect not to opt-out of the Program as provided in Article 3.2, such New Consumers, with the exception of Large Industrial New Consumers, will be automatically enrolled by Competitive Supplier in the Program at the Retail Price for the standard Product.

  • Competitive Supplier may provide All-Requirements Power Supply to Large Industrial New Consumers at the Retail Price for the standard Product or based on the then market rate for the standard Product.

  • Seller shall take service from Big Rivers under Big Rivers’ Large Industrial Customer Expansion Rate (“LICX”) tariff, the current version of which is attached hereto as Exhibit D, as such tariff may be amended from time to time, and any other applicable tariffs of Big Rivers, or any successor tariff(s), all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

  • British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority ("B.C. Hydro") currently supplies electricity under various forms of contracts to Large Industrial customers in industries such as pulp and paper, mining, petroleum, petro-chemical, electro-chemical and others.

  • Big Rivers shall provide an appropriate meter to all delivery points of Large Industrial Customer delivery point customers served under this rate schedule.

  • It is essential that the company also permanently update its business curriculum in the system at zero cost, since it allows it to have greater business opportunities with the Mining Companies or Large Industrial Users of SICEP (relevant aspect for the supplier’s search).

  • Competitive Supplier agrees that, with the exception of Large Industrial consumers, consumers that are being served or were previously served under third-party competitive supply agreements may affirmatively opt-in and receive All-Requirements Power Supply at the Retail Price applicable for the Product selected when such agreements terminate or are otherwise completed.

  • Each month each Member Cooperative shall be required to pay separately for each of its qualifying Large Industrial Customers taking service under this tariff, in each case using that individual Large Industrial Customer contract demand (if any) or metered demand, as applicable.

  • Retail service by a Member Cooperative to a Large Industrial Customer served using a dedicated delivery point shall be provided pursuant to the terms of a written retail service agreement which shall be subject to Big Rivers’ approval.

  • Large Industrial consumers that were being served under such third-party competitive supply programs and become Eligible Consumers may request to be enrolled in the Program, and Competitive Supplier may provide All-Requirements Power Supply to such Large Industrial consumers at the then market rate for the Product selected.

  • Industrial means lands, buildings or structures used or designed or intended for use for manufacturing, processing, fabricating or assembly of raw goods, warehousing or bulk storage of goods, and includes office uses and the sale of commodities to the general public where such uses are accessory to an industrial use, but does not include the sale of commodities to the general public through a warehouse club;

  • Michigan economic development corporation means the public body corporate created under section 28 of article VII of the state constitution of 1963 and the urban cooperation act of 1967, 1967 (Ex Sess) PA 7, MCL 124.501 to 124.512, by a contractual interlocal agreement effective April 5, 1999, as amended, between local participating economic development corporations formed under the economic development corporations act, 1974 PA 338, MCL 125.1601 to 125.1636, and the Michigan strategic fund. If the Michigan economic development corporation is unable for any reason to perform its duties under this act, those duties may be exercised by the Michigan strategic fund.

  • Industrial hemp means a plant of the genus Cannabis and any part of the plant, whether growing or not, containing a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of no more than three-tenths of one percent (0.3%) on a dry weight basis.

  • Next Michigan development corporation means that term as defined in section 3 of the next Michigan development act, 2010 PA 275, MCL 125.2953.

  • School District/Public Entity means the School District/Public Entity that executes the contract.

  • Special Railway Licence means the relevant miscellaneous licence for railway and, if applicable, other purposes, granted to the Company pursuant to subclause (6)(a)(i) as varied in accordance with subclause (6)(h) or subclause (6)(i) and according to the requirements of the context describes the area of land from time to time the subject of that licence;

  • Industrial Services means service to customers engaged primarily in a process which creates or changes raw or unfinished materials into another form or product including the generation of electric power.

  • Residential Development means lands, buildings or structures developed or to be developed for residential use;

  • University Community means all students and employees of the University, persons officially associated with the University, former students and alumni at the University, as well as invitees, visitors and guests.

  • Residential district means an area of a municipality where 75% or more of the area is zoned for residential housing.

  • Downtown means the area covered by the Downtown Community Plan.(BYLAW 7688, 2014)

  • Business Centre means each of the places so specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement.

  • Community mental health center or "CMHC" means a facility offering a comprehensive array of community-based mental health services, including but not limited to, inpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, partial hospitalization, emergency care, consultation and education; and, certain services at the option of the center, including, but not limited to, prescreening, rehabilitation services, pre-care and aftercare, training programs, and research and evaluation.

  • agricultural holding means a portion of land not less than 0.8 hectares in extent used solely or mainly for the purpose of agriculture, horticulture or for breeding or keeping domesticated animals, poultry or bees;

  • Renewable energy means the grid quality electricity generated from renewable energy sources;

  • Shopping Centre means a grouping of commercial retail outlets which have been designed, developed and managed as a unit by a single owner or group of owners or tenants located on the same lot or lots with a frontage not less than 45 metres and having common on-site parking;

  • Commercial real estate means real estate or an interest in real estate that is not any of the following:

  • BBBEE means broad-based black economic empowerment as defined in section 1 of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act;
