LAR Showings definition

LAR Showings means the LAR compliance showings (or similar or successor showings) a load serving entity is required to make to the CPUC (and, to the extent authorized by the CPUC, to the CAISO) pursuant to the Resource Adequacy Rulings, or to a Local Regulatory Authority having jurisdiction over the load serving entity.
LAR Showings means the LAR compliance showings (or similar or successor showings) an LSE is required to make to the CPUC (and, to the extent authorized by the CPUC, to the CAISO) pursuant to the CPUC Decisions, or to an LRA of competent jurisdiction over the LSE.
LAR Showings means the LAR compliance showings (or similar or successor showings) an LSE is required to make to the CPUC (and, to the extent authorized by the CPUC, to the CAISO) pursuant to the CPUC Decisions, or to an LRA having jurisdiction over the LSE.

  • The Secretary of State must publish the current version of any guidance issued under this section.

  • The “Notification Deadline” for a given Showing Month shall be fifteen (15) Business Days before the earlier of the relevant deadlines for (a) the corresponding CPUC RAR Showings, LAR Showings and/or FCR Showings, as applicable for that Showing Month, or (b) submission of the CAISO supply plan filings applicable to that Showing Month.

  • Anticipated total county revenue availability means the sum of the:

  • Non-Performing Mezzanine Investments means Mezzanine Investments other than Performing Mezzanine Investments.

  • Aggregate Outstandings means, at a particular time, the sum of (a) the Aggregate Letters of Credit Outstandings at such time and (b) the aggregate outstanding principal amount of all Revolving Credit Loans at such time.

  • Gross household income means gross income of a household as those terms are defined in rules of the authority.

  • Outstandings means, collectively, at any date, the Letter of Credit Outstandings, Swing Line Outstandings and Revolving Credit Outstandings on such date.

  • Ownership Percentage with respect to any Member means the percentage of ownership of a Member determined by taking the total Capital Units held by such Member divided by the aggregate total number of issued and outstanding Capital Units.

  • Credit Available for Virtual Transactions means the Market Participant’s Working Credit Limit for Virtual Transactions calculated on its credit provided in compliance with its Peak Market Activity requirement plus available credit submitted above that amount, less any unpaid billed and unbilled amounts owed to PJMSettlement, plus any unpaid unbilled amounts owed by PJMSettlement to the Market Participant, less any applicable credit required for Minimum Participation Requirements, FTRs, RPM activity, or other credit requirement determinants as defined in Tariff, Attachment Q.

  • Total Consolidated Capitalization means, at any time, the sum of (i) Total Consolidated Debt plus (ii) the total amount of shareholder’s equity of the Company.

  • Remaining Net Positive Adjustments means as of the end of any taxable period, (i) with respect to the Unitholders holding Common Units or Subordinated Units, the excess of (a) the Net Positive Adjustments of the Unitholders holding Common Units or Subordinated Units as of the end of such period over (b) the sum of those Partners’ Share of Additional Book Basis Derivative Items for each prior taxable period, (ii) with respect to the General Partner (as holder of the General Partner Units), the excess of (a) the Net Positive Adjustments of the General Partner as of the end of such period over (b) the sum of the General Partner’s Share of Additional Book Basis Derivative Items with respect to the General Partner Units for each prior taxable period, and (iii) with respect to the holders of Incentive Distribution Rights, the excess of (a) the Net Positive Adjustments of the holders of Incentive Distribution Rights as of the end of such period over (b) the sum of the Share of Additional Book Basis Derivative Items of the holders of the Incentive Distribution Rights for each prior taxable period.

  • Ancillary Outstandings means, at any time, in relation to an Ancillary Lender and an Ancillary Facility then in force the aggregate of the equivalents (as calculated by that Ancillary Lender) in the Base Currency of the following amounts outstanding under that Ancillary Facility:

  • Class Percentage With respect to each Class of Subordinate Certificates, for each Distribution Date, the percentage obtained by dividing the Class Principal Amount of such Class immediately prior to such Distribution Date by the sum of the Class Principal Amounts of all Certificates immediately prior to such date.

  • Realized Losses means, with respect to any Receivable that becomes a Liquidated Receivable, the excess of the Principal Balance of such Liquidated Receivable over Net Liquidation Proceeds to the extent allocable to principal.

  • Fully Diluted Outstanding means, when used with reference to Common Stock, at any date as of which the number of shares thereof is to be determined, all shares of Common Stock Outstanding at such date and all shares of Common Stock issuable in respect of this Warrant, outstanding on such date, and other options or warrants to purchase, or securities convertible into, including without limitation the shares of Common Stock outstanding on such date which would be deemed outstanding in accordance with GAAP for purposes of determining book value or net income per share.

  • Control Percentage means, with respect to any Person (a) in the case of a corporation, the percentage of the outstanding capital stock of such Person having ordinary voting power which gives the direct or indirect holder of such stock the power to elect a majority of the Board of Directors of such Person and (b) in the case of a limited partnership, the percentage of the outstanding limited partnership interests of such Person which gives the direct or indirect holder of such limited partnership interests the power to remove the general partner or partners of such Person or to take actions reserved for the limited partners under the applicable limited partnership act.

  • Pool Percentage With respect to each Mortgage Pool and any Distribution Date, the fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the Pool Balance for such Mortgage Pool for such date and the denominator of which is the Aggregate Pool Balance for such date.
