If any of the documents related to the Project and submitted at any time during the term of this Agreement fails to be approved by such authority whose approval is required under the Kyoto Rules or otherwise appears to be non-compliant with any relevant standards or conditions of the Kyoto Rules, Project Proponent and Purchaser shall discuss whether or not the relevant documents are to be revised and resubmitted.
