KRULPA definition

KRULPA means the Kansas Revised Uniform Limited Partnership Act.

  • DRULPA means the Delaware Revised Uniform Limited Partnership Act.

  • Delaware LLC Act means the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act.

  • Limited Liability Company Agreement means the Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of the Depositor, dated as of March 1, 2001, executed by Ford Credit, as sole member; or the Limited Liability Company Agreement of Ford Credit, dated as of April 30, 2007 and effective on May 1, 2007, as the context requires.

  • GP means Gottbetter & Partners, LLP.

  • Company Law means the Companies Law (as amended) of the Cayman Islands.

  • Limited Partnership Agreement means the Second Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of the Partnership dated as of March 9, 2004, as amended from time to time.

  • Delaware Secretary of State means the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware.

  • Limited partnership means a limited partnership registered or formed under any law in force in Singapore or elsewhere;

  • Certificate of Limited Partnership means the Certificate of Limited Partnership of the Partnership filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware as referenced in Section 7.2, as such Certificate of Limited Partnership may be amended, supplemented or restated from time to time.

  • Delaware LLC Division means the statutory division of any Delaware LLC into two or more Delaware LLCs pursuant to Section 18-217 of the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act.

  • Delaware Business Trust Act means Chapter 38 of Title 12 of the Delaware Code, 12 Del. Code Section 3801 et seq., as it may be amended from time to time.

  • Delaware Divided LLC means any Delaware LLC which has been formed upon the consummation of a Delaware LLC Division.

  • Delaware General Corporation Law means the Delaware General Corporation Law, 8 Del. C.ss.100, et. seq., as amended from time to time.

  • Limited Liability Company Interests means the entire limited liability company membership interest at any time owned by any Pledgor in any limited liability company.

  • Delaware Act means the Delaware Revised Uniform Limited Partnership Act, 6 Del C. Section 17-101, et seq., as amended, supplemented or restated from time to time, and any successor to such statute.

  • Consent of the Limited Partners means the Consent of a Majority in Interest of the Limited Partners, which Consent shall be obtained prior to the taking of any action for which it is required by this Agreement and may be given or withheld by a Majority in Interest of the Limited Partners, unless otherwise expressly provided herein, in their sole and absolute discretion.
