KPI Baseline definition

KPI Baseline as of any determination date shall mean the KPI Metric for the KPI Metric Base Year, as such amount shall be adjusted to reflect dispositions or acquisitions of Properties or assets by the Parent Entity, the Borrower or any Subsidiaries, since the KPI Metric Base Year, in accordance with GHG Protocol Corporate Reporting and Accounting Standard.

Related to KPI Baseline

  • Baseline means the “Initial Small Business Lending Baseline” set forth on the Initial Supplemental Report (as defined in the Definitive Agreement), subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 3(a).

  • Baseline area means any intrastate area (and every part thereof) designated as attainment or unclassifiable under section 107(d)(1) (A)(ii) or (iii) of the Act in which the major source or major modification establishing the minor source baseline date would construct or would have an air quality impact for the pollutant for which the baseline date is established, as follows: equal to or greater than one (1) microgram per cubic meter (annual average) for SO2, NO2, or PM10 ; or equal to or greater than 0.3 micrograms per cubic meter (annual average) for PM2.5.

  • Baseline Value for each of the Company and the Peer Companies means the dollar amount representing the average of the Fair Market Value of one share of common stock of such company over the five consecutive trading days ending on, and including, the Effective Date.

  • Baseline data means information gathered at a selected point in time and used thereafter as a basis from which to monitor change.

  • Measurement Point means the emission source for which continuous emission measurement systems (CEMS) are used for emission measurement, or the cross-section of a pipeline system for which the CO2 flow is determined using continuous measurement systems;
