KEY SOFTWARE PROGRAMS definition

KEY SOFTWARE PROGRAMS means WordPerfect, CorelDRAW, Paint Shop and WinZip.
KEY SOFTWARE PROGRAMS means the following groupings of Software and each incorporated program: Paint Shop Power Suite - Photo Edition, Paint Shop Pro 8, Paint Shop Pro 9, Paint Shop Photo Album 5, Animation Shop 3, Paint Shop Photo Studio and WebDraw Version 1;

Related to KEY SOFTWARE PROGRAMS

  • Software Program means the software program used by a Fund for providing Fund and account balance information including net asset value per share. Such Program may include the Lion System. In situations where the Lion System or any other Software Program used by a Fund is not available, such information may be provided by telephone. The Lion System shall be provided to Insurance Company at no charge.

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Goods and/or Services but excluding the Supplier Software;

  • Company Software means Software owned or purported to be owned by or developed by or for the Company or any Company Subsidiary.
