JV Land definition

JV Land means all the Domestic land from time to time owned or held by any Permitted Joint Venture in fee simple, together with (a) all buildings, structures and other improvements thereon, (b) all JV Timber located thereon, (c) all roads, bridges and other improvements and fixtures thereon and (d) all other privileges and hereditaments, tenements, appurtenances, easements, rights-of-way and other rights relating, including all development, air and water rights and water stock relating to such land and any strips and gores.

Examples of JV Land in a sentence

  • On 13 December 2017, CDMSB received a letter from Lembaga Lebuhraya Malaysia informing that based on the land acquisition plan received from MEX II Sdn Bhd, the MUSB JV Land is affected by the construction of Lebuhraya MEX2.

  • The Group is currently in the process of obtaining all the necessary approvals from the relevant authorities to develop the JV Land to generate income for the Group.

  • Trackplus is the registered and beneficial owner of the JV Land while the Developer will undertake residential and/or commercial development on the JV Land (the “Project”) subject to all necessary approvals from relevant authorities.

  • The Compensation Sum was paid to the Shah Alam High Court by the land administrator as there is a caveat lodged on the MUSB JV Land by MUSB pursuant to the MUSB JVA.

  • The JV Land is also near to places of interest such as the Istana Budaya, Lake Titiwangsa and the prime commercial area and shopping destination of Kuala Lumpur City Centre (“KLCC”).

  • The JV Land is currently vacant and is ready for immediate development, enabling fast turnaround time for the project.

  • Approval for the mixed development has already been granted for the Concession Land (including the JV Land).

Related to JV Land

  • Said Land shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Paragraph I above and which is more fully and particularly described in the First Schedule written hereunder and delineated and demarcated in Annexure – A hereto;

  • Project Land means any parcel or parcels of land on which the project is developed and constructed by a promoter;

  • Crown land means land in which there is a Crown interest or a Duchy interest;

  • Forest land means all land which is capable of supporting a merchantable stand of timber and is not being actively used for a use which is incompatible with timber growing. Forest land does not include agricultural land that is or was enrolled in the conservation reserve enhancement program by contract if such agricultural land was historically used for agricultural purposes and the landowner intends to continue to use the land for agricultural purposes in the future. For small forest landowner road maintenance and abandonment planning only, the term "forest land" excludes the following:

  • Undeveloped Land means, (i) all Real Property set forth on Schedule 1.01D to the 2008 Credit Agreement, (ii) all undeveloped land acquired after the Closing Date and (iii) any operating property of the Borrower or any Subsidiary that is subject to a casualty event that results in such property ceasing to be operational.

  • Unimproved Land means land on which no development (other than improvements that are not material and are temporary in nature) has occurred.

  • Tribal Land means all lands within the exterior boundaries of any land formally designated by the federal government as a Tribal reservation or land set apart by the federal government for a Tribe’s use such as pueblos and tribal trust lands but it does not include land that the Tribe acquired legal title through non-federal designation or award, unless 1) the tribe has obtained a federal public law stating that the Tribal members who reside in a particularly named area shall be considered (without any fiscal year limitation) for the purposes of the United States Housing Act of 1937 or such other federal housing law as residing on an Indian reservation or other Indian area; or 2) the tribe has acquired the land under Public Law 99-503 that provided for the replacement of certain lands within the Gila Bend Indian Reservation, the Secretary of the Interior holds such land in trust for the benefit of the tribe, and such land is deemed to be a Federal Indian Reservation for all purposes. The Project must be wholly located in the particular area stated in the federal public law to be considered to be Tribal Land.

  • adjacent land means all land that borders a property and all land that would have bordered a property, if they were not separated by a river, road, railway line, power transmission line, pipeline, or a similar feature;

  • Indian land means the lands of any Indian Tribe or within Indian country.

  • Crown lands has the same meaning as is given to that term by the Land Act;

  • Developed Land means all Developable Land of the Company and its Restricted Subsidiaries which is undergoing active development or is ready for vertical construction.

  • Land means the land described in Exhibit A.

  • Leasehold Interests means all of each Borrower’s right, title and interest in and to, and as lessee, of the premises identified on Schedule 4.19(A) hereto.

  • Parcel of land means the aggregate of one or more areas of land described in a certificate of title or described in a certificate of title by reference to a plan filed or registered in a land titles office;

  • communal land means land under the jurisdiction of a traditional council determined in terms of section 6 of the Eastern Cape Traditional Leadership and Governance Act, (Act 4 of 2005) and which was at any time vested in -

  • Operating Property means any property owned, leased, or operated by the Party in question or by any of its Subsidiaries or in which such Party or Subsidiary holds a security interest or other interest (including an interest in a fiduciary capacity), and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property.

  • Mining Property means a property used for mining operations as defined in the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act, 2002 (Act No. 28 of 2002);

  • Leasehold interest means the interest of the lessor or the lessee under a lease contract.

  • Timberlands means, as of any date of determination, all real property owned by or leased to the Borrower or any Subsidiary that is suitable for Timber production, natural resource development or real estate development. For the avoidance of doubt, “Timberlands” shall exclude property, plant and equipment of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries associated with their manufacturing activities.

  • Condominium Property means the lands, leaseholds, and personal property that are subjected to condominium ownership, whether or not contiguous, and all improvements thereon and all easements and rights appurtenant thereto intended for use in connection with the condominium.

  • Hotel Property means a Property on which there is located an operating hotel.

  • Adjoining Property means all sidewalks, driveways, curbs, gores and vault spaces adjoining any of the Leased Premises.

  • Vacant Land means the land parcels described on Schedule A attached hereto.

  • Leasehold condominium means a condominium in which all or a portion of the real estate is subject to a lease the expiration or termination of which will terminate the condominium or reduce its size.

  • Tribal lands means all lands within the exterior boundaries of any Indian reservation and all dependent Indian communities.

  • the Land means the land on which the development would be carried out or, in relation to development already carried out, has been carried out;
