  • The Corporation may not assign any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement to any Person (other than in connection with an assignment pursuant to Section 7.5(c)) without the approval of the Mainsail Representative and the Just Rocks Representative, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed (and any purported assignment without such consent shall be null and void).
