Junior Counsel definition

Junior Counsel has the meaning given in regulation 7(5) of the Civil Legal Aid (Remuneration) Regulations 2013;
Junior Counsel means a barrister in independent practice of less than 10 years call; and
Junior Counsel means Junior Counsel as defined in Rule 9.2;
