JOTS means ▇▇▇▇▇▇-O Turkey Store, Inc., and its current affiliates and subsidiaries and any of its respective former or current, direct or indirect, trustees, directors, officers, members, managers, owners, attorneys, agents and insurers.

  • Interim Co-Lead Counsel, JOTS, and ▇▇▇▇’s Counsel agree to cooperate in good faith to prepare an appropriate Escrow Agreement in conformance with this Agreement.

  • To the extent Class Plaintiffs engage in litigation activities against a former employee of any JOTS Released Parties who is or has been an employee of other Defendants in this Action, Class Plaintiffs shall not seek any discovery regarding that former employee’s work for or employment by any JOTS Released Parties.

  • In consideration for the release of the Released Claims against the JOTS Released Parties and the dismissal with prejudice of the Action as to JOTS, within thirty calendar days of the later of (i) the Court’s grant of Preliminary Approval, or (ii) the date on which JOTS is provided with wiring information for the Escrow Account, JOTS shall pay or cause to be paid $3,500,000 (three million, five hundred thousand U.S. dollars) into the Settlement Fund.

  • In the event of a reversion, all funds not previously spent on notice and administrative costs shall be returned to JOTS, including any interest accrued.
